Eastern wrestlers competed in the Washington County Mayhem last night against rivals Salem and West Washington. The Musketeers faced Salem to open the night and although they fought hard, Salem was able to take advantage of our depleted roster and come out on top 65-0. Up next the grapplers faced off against the Senators. Eastern started out down 30-0 due to giving up 5 forfeits but clawed their way back going 5-2 in actual matches to make the final score 42-30 in favor of West Washington. Micah Tucker, Bryson Shanks, Colton Pickerill, and Colin Jones all were victorious! BIG congratulations to Gabe White for notching his first career win in a thrilling last second pin! Down 13 points he secured a beautiful takedown and won the match with under 10 seconds left in the match!
