Eastern gained another win tonight against an undefeated Henryville team. The Musketeers started pushing the ball early to gain a 13-5 lead at the end of the first quarter. They continued this play going into the second quarter and growing the lead to end the half 26-15. Coming into the second half, the Lady Hornets started to put the pressure on the Musketeers. The lead was cut down to 2 at the end of the third. The fourth quarter, the Musketeers showed grit and determination to secure the 48-43 win. A few key differences in the game were Avery Smith's 11 rebounds, Addie, Smith's 22 points, and Bailey Trainor's knockdown three in the third quarter. The Musketeers plan to continue this winning streak next Thursday at Christian Academy.
