Eastern High School

On Saturday, Katie Hauner represented the Purple and Gold at the state Cross Country meet. She is only the 2nd girl at Eastern to advance to State since 2008 when Indiana changed the girls race to a 5K. Katie ran her second fastest time of the season and now holds the fastest Eastern time at the state in the 5K with a time of 20:16 It was a very successful season for Katie as she qualified for the State Meet, won the Mid Southern Conference and the Eastern, Silver Creek, Paoli and Crawford County Invitationals.
