The Musketeer football team took on 4A Jennings County this past Friday night and ran out of gas 46-8 in what will likely be the last time the Musketeers play a 4A opponent in football. Early in the game, the Musketeers had two interceptions and really hung with the larger school, but the turnover bug continues to bite the Musketeers as they coughed the ball back the Panthers losing key opportunities. In the second half, the too familiar story, lack of depth against larger rosters, took its toll as some key injuries and fatigue from playing both ways caught up to the Musketeers. The Musketeers(0-3) will be back in action this Friday night at Edinburgh (1-2) as they take on the Lancers.
