The Lady Musketeers put up a good fight against the Lady Hornets of Henryville, but fell in straight sets (18-25, 24-26, 16-25) in a Southern Athletic Conference battle at All For One Arena. With the loss, the Lady M's are now 2-6 overall and 1-2 in the SAC. Leading the way was sophomore Elsie Starrett with a double-double having 15 assists and 10 digs on the night to go with 4 Wright Implement Service Aces. The Lady Musketeers exposed the Lady Hornets' serve receive game with 13 Wright Implement Services Aces. Leah Hobson also had 4 Wright Implement Service Aces while Emma Brawner kicked in 3 and Reagan Wineinger had 2. Hobson lead the way with 6 kills while Brawner kicked in 5. Lillie Gonzalez, Aubrey Mollett and Starrett each had 10 digs, while Hobson had 7. The Lady M's return to action tonight at Orleans before returning home to host Southern Athletic Conference rival, Lanesville on Wednesday.
